  • You agree to use Lighthouse Coding’s website and training programs only for lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to use Lighthouse Coding’s website or training programs to transmit or post any content that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, or offensive.

Refund Policy

  • Lighthouse Coding offers a full refund on our training programs if student withdraws with 72 hours notice from start of class, provided that you have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials.
  • Refund requests made after the 72 hours will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.
  • AAPC membership fees are non-refundable.

Limitations of Liability

  • Lighthouse Coding’s website and training programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lighthouse Coding makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or training programs, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the website or training programs.
  • Lighthouse Coding will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the website or training programs, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Lighthouse Coding reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time. Your continued use of the website or training programs following any changes to these terms and conditions of use will indicate your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law
